In Downtown Boca, you’re in good company. We’re home to 40 shops, 30 salons and spas, 12 fashion boutiques and 45 restaurants. Noteworthy anchor stores in the Downtown district include Lord & Taylor, Trader Joe’s, and Fresh Market. Plus, Downtown Boca will soon see it's first hotels opening - a 200-room Hyatt Place hotel, and a Mandarin Oriental Hotel & Residences - both scheduled to open in 2017.
We’re here to help your business shine. The Boca Raton Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is dedicated to promoting the vibrancy within its 344-acre Downtown district. The CRA was created in 1980 by the Boca Raton City Council under Florida Statutes, and consistently strives to foster successful businesses.
